Terms of Service

The short version: be honest, your recipes are yours, we'll keep the lights on.

Last updated April 2026

1. Using Doughflow

Doughflow is a recipe-costing tool for home-based bakeries. Creating an account means you agree to these terms. If any part doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself. Sign up with real information — we use your email to verify the account and to send a small number of service-related notes.

3. Your recipes are yours

Every ingredient, recipe, price, and number you enter belongs to you. We store it so we can show it back to you and run the cost math. We don't sell it, train models on it, or share it with anyone else. You can export or delete it from your account settings at any time.

4. What we ask in return

Use Doughflow for your own bakery work. Please don't:

  • Try to break, scrape, or overload the service
  • Use it to do anything illegal
  • Resell access without permission
  • Pretend to be someone else

5. Pricing and access

Doughflow is free during early access. When we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you well in advance — current users won't be surprised by a bill.

6. Availability

We try to keep Doughflow up and running, but we can't promise it'll always be available. If we make a meaningful change to the service or sunset a feature, we'll give you notice and a clean way to export your data.

7. The boring liability bit

Doughflow is provided as-is. We do our best, but we can't be liable for any losses from using the service — please sanity-check the math against a few of your own recipes before relying on it for pricing decisions.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we change anything material, we'll let you know by email. Continuing to use Doughflow after that means you're okay with the update.
