Terms of Service
The short version: be honest, your recipes are yours, we’ll keep the lights on.
Last updated June 2026
1. Using Doughflow
Doughflow is a costing and operations tool for independent food makers. Creating an account means you agree to these terms. If any part doesn’t sit right with you, please don’t use the service.
2. Your account
You’re responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself. Sign up with real information so we can verify the account and send a small number of service-related notes.
3. Your recipes are yours
Every ingredient, recipe, price, and number you enter belongs to you. We store it so we can show it back to you and run the cost math. We don’t sell it, train models on it, or share it with anyone else. You can export or delete it from your account settings at any time.
4. What we ask in return
Use Doughflow for your own food-making work. Please don’t:
- Try to break, scrape, or overload the service
- Use it to do anything illegal
- Resell access without permission
- Pretend to be someone else
5. Plans, billing, and refunds
Doughflow has a free plan and paid plans (Core and Pro), billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings (Your plan → Manage billing); you keep full access through the end of the period you already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
New paid subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. We collect a card up front and remind you before the trial ends; your card is only charged when the trial is over, and canceling during the trial costs nothing.
If a charge isn’t right for you, email hello@doughflow.ai within 14 days of the charge and we’ll refund it, no questions asked. If we ever change a price, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before it affects you; founding prices stay locked for as long as the subscription stays active.
6. Availability
We try to keep Doughflow up and running, but we can’t promise it’ll always be available. If we make a meaningful change to the service or sunset a feature, we’ll give you notice and a clean way to export your data.
7. The boring liability bit
Doughflow is provided as-is. We do our best, but we can’t be liable for any losses from using the service. Sanity-check the math against a few of your own recipes before relying on it for pricing decisions.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we change anything material, we’ll let you know by email. Continuing to use Doughflow after that means you’re okay with the update.
9. Connected stores
If you connect a sales channel like Shopify, the data we read from it stays yours. We use it only to run Doughflow for you, protect it as described in our Privacy Policy, and delete it when you disconnect or when the channel asks us to. We never sell it, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI.
