Is there a limit on scans and imports?
Plans are uncapped for normal use. To keep things fast and fair, each AI tool has a generous daily ceiling, like 60 receipt scans a day, sized far above a busy kitchen's real day. If you ever reach one it resets the next day, and nothing you uploaded is lost.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Cost as many recipes and track as many events as you like, all by hand, free forever. It is not a trial that runs out. You move up when you want Doughflow to do the data entry for you.
What is free, and what is paid?
Doing it yourself is free: costing recipes, building quotes, tracking events, and reading your numbers. Paid plans are for when you want Doughflow to do the work, like reading receipts and vendor email for you, and giving advice before you ask.
Why is sales sync on the free plan?
Because knowing what actually sold is the foundation of every number we show you. We would rather every maker have that than lock it away in the top tier.
What counts as a sales channel?
A place your sales come from, like a Shopify store or a Square register. Connecting one lets Doughflow match real sales back to your recipes.
Can I switch plans later?
