What we charge

Is Doughflow really free?
Yes. Every tool is included for every maker, with no monthly price and no trial that runs out.
Is the service fee charged on sales tax?
No. It is charged once per order, on the price of the items after any discount, never on sales tax.
Is there a minimum order?
Items in an order customers pay for online need to come to at least $5 after discounts, before tax and fees. Reserve preorders, paid at pickup, have no minimum.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
Only on orders your customers pay for online through your Doughflow page. There, a 5% + 55¢ service fee is added to the customer's order (or you can cover it), and you pay card processing of 2.9% + 30¢. Doughflow never takes a cut of what you sell through Square, Shopify, your own storefront, or in person, and reserve preorders your customers pay for at pickup carry no fee.
Is there a limit on scans and imports?
Not for normal use. Each AI tool has a daily limit, like 60 receipt scans a day. If you reach one, it resets the next day and nothing you uploaded is lost.
